This Payment Policy applies to all users booking air shipment services via www.microshipments.com by Valueshipr, a platform operated through its franchisee M/s. Decker Logistics Pvt. Ltd. having its registered office at Unit No. 123, Adarsh Industrial Estate, Sahar Road, Andheri East, Mumbai, Pin - 400 099 (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). Decker Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is the authorised franchisee responsible for overseeing the operations in India including collection of Freight payments prior to accepting the booking. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Through the platform M/s. Decker Logistics Pvt. Ltd. provides a seamless and secure payment process for senders (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "users") booking air shipment services through our platform. www.microshipments.com is a website utilised to e-book air shipments below 500Kgs. This Payment Policy outlines the terms governing payments, fees, refunds, chargebacks, and security measures.
2.1 We accept the following payment methods for booking air shipment services:
(a) Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and other major card networks. (b) Digital Wallets: Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe, and other supported platforms. (c) Unified Payments Interface (UPI): Payments through UPI IDs. (d) Net Banking: Direct bank transfers from major Indian banks. (e) Other Methods: Any additional payment methods explicitly listed on our website.
2.2 All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways to ensure the safety of your financial information.
4.1 Freight, Surcharges, and Other Charges
(a) The total cost of your shipment includes: (i) Base air freight charges for Cargo (based on origin, destination, package’s chargeable weight, dimension and commodity). (ii) Surcharges (for e.g. fuel charges, dangerous goods surcharges, valuable surcharges) (iii) Other charges (for e.g., AWB Fee, Cartage, Scanning, etc.). (iv) Any applicable charges (for e.g., trucking fees from/to offline points). (b) In the event of any weight amendment at the origin airport or transit hubs, such changes shall be promptly notified to you. An additional invoice will be issued for the revised charges, and immediate payment would be required. Shipments shall only be uplifted from the respective airport upon receipt of the additional payment. (c) Late payment policy : In the event of delayed payment beyond the due date, we reserve our right to suspend services and apply late payment fees, including applicable interest, until full settlement is received. Outstanding dues shall result in the withholding of future shipments. Timely payment is essential to avoid service disruptions and additional charges. (d) Disclaimer on Customs Clearance: As a booking platform, we does not facilitate or arrange customs clearance in any jurisdiction. The responsibility for customs clearance, including the payment of applicable duties, taxes, and compliance with local regulations, rests solely with the user.
4.2 Cancellation Fees
(a) In the case of cancellation of booking, a fee shall be deducted from the refund amount due to you. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.

4.3 Return Air Shipment Fees
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, recipient refusal, or other reasons attributable to the sender, return air shipment fees shall apply.
4.4 Customs and Duties
(a) Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the sender or recipient as determined by the destination country’s regulations or as per INCO terms (International Commercial Terms) between the seller and buyer. (b) We operate solely as a booking platform and do not facilitate, collect, or assume any responsibility for customs duties, taxes, or related charges under any circumstances. The user is solely responsible for complying with all such regulations/payments.
4.5 Cargo Readiness Requirement
All shipments shall be delivered Ready for Carriage (RFC) in full compliance with airline specifications.Failure to meet RFC standards may result in additional charges or refusal of shipment.
We prioritise the security of your payment information and implement the following measures:
(a) Encryption: All payment transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS technology. (b) PCI Compliance: We comply with industry standards to protect cardholder data. (c) Fraud Prevention: We use advanced fraud detection systems to monitor and prevent unauthorised transactions.6.1 Payment Disputes
(a) If you believe there is an error in your payment or charges, please contact our customer support team within Seven [7] days of the transaction. (b) Provide detailed information, including your booking reference number and supporting documentation.
6.2 Chargebacks
(a) Chargebacks (disputes filed directly with your bank or payment provider) should only be used as a last resort. (b) If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and may suspend or terminate your account.
6.3 Refunds
(a) Refunds, if applicable, shall only be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy. (b) Refunds shall be issued to the original payment method used during booking. (c) Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. (d) Non-refundable fees (e.g., administrative fees, insurance premiums) shall not be included in the refund.
If your payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired cards, or other reasons:
(a) You will be notified immediately and given the opportunity to update your payment details.
