Payment Policy

This Payment Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions regarding payments made for services provided by Microshipments. By making a payment or booking any service through our platform, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Policy.

1. Payment Collection Process

Payment for all services, including software solutions, consultation, and related products, is required at the time of booking. Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway,and by proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the use of this payment system.

2. Payment Methods

Payments can be made via the following methods, subject to availability:

  • • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
  • • Bank Transfers (if applicable)
  • • Any other payment methods offered through the gateway at the time of booking.
Please note that any additional charges such as transaction fees, foreign currency conversion fees, or service fees may be applied, depending on your payment method and location.

3. Booking Confirmation

Your booking will be considered confirmed once the payment is successfully processed. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details upon successful completion of the payment transaction.

4. Non-Refundable Policy

All payments made at the time of booking are non-refundable. Once the payment is processed, you will not be eligible for a refund unless explicitly stated in other contractual agreements or under exceptional circumstances as determined by Microshipments.

5. Payment Security

Microshipments uses secure payment gateways that comply with industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your payment information. We do not store any sensitive payment information such as credit card numbers on our systems.

6. Late Payments and Unpaid Invoices

If applicable to your agreement, any ongoing services or products may be subject to a late payment fee if payment is not made in full within the specified time frame after the initial booking. The late fee and interest rate (if any) will be clearly outlined in your service agreement.

7. Changes to Payment Terms

Microshipments reserves the right to update or modify this Payment Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance and will apply to future bookings

8. Tax Obligations

All payments are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added to the invoice as required by local tax authorities. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your payment

9. Service Availability and Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service after booking, please refer to the cancellation policy outlined in your service agreement. Any modifications to the booked services,including changes in delivery timelines or scope, may result in additional charges, which will be communicated prior to the booking date

10. Force Majeure

Microshipments is not liable for any delays or failure in performance due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, government actions, war, pandemics, or any other unforeseen event.

11. Governing Law

This Payment Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By completing a payment and booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Payment Policy Contract.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed as per the airline booking cancellation rules and cancellation policy. Such refunds shall be subject to Microshipments receiving the same from the airlines. However, the convenience fee paid to Microshipments paid at the time of booking is a non- refundable fee

All cancellations made directly with the airline need to be intimated to Microshipments, in order to initiate the process of refund. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the mode of payment, bank etc. The refund shall be processed after deducting the Microshipments service fee which is independent of the convenience fee as mentioned above. If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically credited on your original payment method within 10 business days. For example, if the User used a credit card, Microshipments will make an appropriate charge reversal to the same credit card; like-wise if the User used a debit card, Microshipments will credit the money to the same debit card.
